CamoAdventures LLC

Effective date: September 27, 2026

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CamoAdventures LLC (“CamoAdventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the CamoAdventures mobile application and related services, including the OneShot Log, OneStrike Log, and OneTraveler Log modules (together, the “App”), and when you visit camoadventures.com (the “Site”).

This is a practical policy for our MVP launch, not formal legal advice. If you need a lawyer-reviewed policy for your situation, consult an attorney.

1. Who we are

CamoAdventures LLC is a Colorado limited liability company.

Mailing address: 13494 Locust St, Thornton, CO 80602, USA

Contact for privacy questions: CamoCraig@CamoAdventures.com

2. What the App does

The App helps outdoors users keep personal logs for hunting (OneShot Log), fishing (OneStrike Log), and travel (OneTraveler Log). You may add notes, photos, and related details. Some features work fully on your device (Free / local). Optional paid features may sync data to our cloud and unlock higher photo or storage limits (Pro / Pack via in-app purchase).

3. Information we collect

A. Information you provide

B. Location information (if you allow it)

If you grant location permission, we may collect precise or approximate location to tag entries, show maps, or support features you turn on. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings. Location is optional for basic logging.

C. Photos and media

If you grant photo/camera permission, you can attach images to entries. Free tier keeps a limited number of compressed photos on your device. Pro / Pack features may upload compressed photos to our cloud under the limits described in the App.

D. Device and technical information

We may collect device type, operating system, app version, crash/diagnostic data, and similar technical data needed to run and improve the App. Push notification tokens (Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging) may be stored if you allow notifications.

E. Purchase information

In-app purchases (Pro, Pack, and similar) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive purchase status and entitlements from Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number.

F. Website

When you visit the Site, standard server or CDN logs may collect IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We do not use the legal pages for advertising tracking.

G. Information we do not intentionally collect from children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Free (local) vs Pro / cloud

Exact limits may change; the App shows current entitlements at purchase and in settings.

6. Notifications and sharing with other users

Push notifications use Apple’s and Google’s free delivery services (APNs / FCM). We do not use a paid marketing-push vendor for MVP.

Two gates must both be yes before we send person-to-person or group alerts:

1. Device permission — you allow notifications in iOS or Android settings / the system prompt; and

2. In-app mutual approve — for follows or group alerts, both sides must opt in (request → approve). We do not subscribe you to another person’s alerts without your approval, and you cannot subscribe someone else without theirs.

Sharing log content (if offered) goes only to approved followers or group members. Private spots and similar sensitive fields stay off shares by default unless you choose otherwise in-product.

7. How we share information

We may share information with:

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Data retention

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information (for example, encrypted connections / HTTPS and access controls on cloud systems). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Outdoor users often have weak connectivity; sync may occur when a connection is available.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including Colorado and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal data, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise rights, email CamoCraig@CamoAdventures.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

You can also:

11. International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the App from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S.

12. Third-party links and services

The App or Site may link to third-party sites or services (for example, Apple, Google). Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted in the App when reasonable.
