These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CamoAdventures mobile application and related services, including the OneShot Log, OneStrike Log, and OneTraveler Log modules (together, the “App”), and camoadventures.com (the “Site”), provided by CamoAdventures LLC (“CamoAdventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
These Terms are a practical MVP template, not formal legal advice.

The App is a personal logging tool for hunting, fishing, and travel experiences. Features may include notes, photos, optional location tags, local storage, optional cloud sync, in-app purchases, and optional follows / group alerts.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially on weak or offline connections common outdoors.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your location) to use the App. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority), you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. The App is not directed to children under 13.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outdoor activities and to content you log or share. The App does not grant hunting/fishing licenses, land access, or legal advice.
You keep ownership of content you create in the App (logs, photos, notes) (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate the App (including sync, backup, sharing you enable, and support).
You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights (including privacy and publicity rights of people in photos).
We may remove content that violates these Terms or law.
Optional follows and group features require mutual in-app approval. Push alerts also require your device notification permission. We do not subscribe users to each other’s alerts without that dual consent model.
You decide what you share. Private spots and similar sensitive fields are off shares by default unless you change settings. Treat shared outdoor location information carefully.
Paid features (including Pro and Pack) are sold as in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms and refund rules. Prices and bundles (for example, buy-2-get-3 style offers) are shown in the store at purchase time.
Current product intent (may be updated in-App / store):
Upgrading from Free to Pro for a module is intended to unlock that module’s prior Free entries (no “hostage” data). We do not currently sell subscriptions for long-term storage beyond the stated product design; that may change later with notice in-App / store.
Payment disputes and refunds for store purchases are handled primarily by Apple or Google.
Our Privacy Policy (https://camoadventures.com/privacy) explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the App, you also acknowledge that policy.
The App, Site, name, logos, and software (excluding Your Content) are owned by CamoAdventures LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not use our marks in a way that confuses others without permission.
The App relies on third parties (Apple, Google, hosting providers, push services). Their outages or rule changes can affect the App. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LOGS, PHOTOS, OR SYNC WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR NEVER LOST. KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUPS OF IMPORTANT DATA WHERE POSSIBLE.
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The App is a logging tool only — not a safety device, navigation guarantee, license, or emergency service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMOADVENTURES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP OR SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP FEATURES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
You agree to defend and indemnify CamoAdventures LLC against claims arising from Your Content, your misuse of the App, or your violation of these Terms or law, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at https://camoadventures.com/terms and updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires additional consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction apply. Courts in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that may be brought in court, except where law requires otherwise.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and Site, and supersede prior agreements on that subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
